Nigeria TV Info reports:
Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, who serves as the President and Chief Executive of Dangote Group, has initiated plans to develop Nigeria’s largest and deepest seaport in Olokola, Ogun State. The move is aimed at boosting exports and supporting the expansion of his industrial network. According to Dangote, the seaport—located near his fertiliser and oil refinery plants—will facilitate the export of goods such as liquefied natural gas. Speaking to Bloomberg in Lagos, Dangote confirmed that official paperwork for approval was submitted in late June, marking a major step toward building what he describes as “the biggest, deepest port in south western Nigeria.”
