Soilless Farm Encourages Strategic Investments in Modern Farming

Nigeria TV Info reports:
Nigerian farmers have been urged to shift their focus towards smart agricultural investments and quick-yield, high-return agribusiness ventures. This call was made by Mr. Samson Ogbole, Chief Executive of Soilless Farm Lab, while speaking at the recent “BIC Soilless Concept Master Class on Hydroponics and Agribusiness Management” in Ogun State.

Mr. Ogbole, a strong advocate for innovation in agriculture, emphasized that Nigeria's traditional farming methods—relying on crops with long gestation periods and heavy environmental dependence—are no longer the most sustainable or profitable paths. He called for a major mindset change among farmers, stressing the importance of adopting efficient, technology-driven systems that guarantee faster turnover and reliable income.

“We must begin to think like entrepreneurs in the agricultural sector,” Ogbole declared, speaking to a crowd of farmers, agronomists, and agribusiness professionals. He highlighted the need for a business-oriented approach to farming, one that integrates modern techniques like hydroponics to ensure resilience, productivity, and long-term economic viability.
