Unidentified attackers launched a deadly assault around 2:00 a.m. on July 2 in a remote area near Doka Maijama’a, Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State. During the violent attack, 25-year-old Suleiman Isiya was brutally stabbed multiple times while attempting to protect his family. He later died at a nearby hospital from his injuries. His father, 60-year-old Malam Isiya Abdullahi, was abducted by the assailants and taken to an unknown location. The motive behind the attack remains unclear, and security agencies have yet to issue an official statement regarding the incident.
