Nigeria TV Info reports:
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has once again intercepted a consignment of illicit drugs hidden inside factory-fitted female lipsticks at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Lagos. This alarming seizure comes barely a week after a similar discovery was made at a courier company in Lagos.

According to a statement shared on social media by NDLEA’s spokesperson, Femi Babafemi, the agency warned Nigerians—especially women—to be extremely cautious when purchasing or accepting cosmetic products, particularly from unknown sources or questionable online vendors.

He stated, “Ladies beware! It does appear like female lipstick is becoming attractive as an instrument for concealment and trafficking now..." This new trend highlights the evolving tactics of drug traffickers and the need for public vigilance.
