The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dennis Otuaro, has stated that the Niger Delta region is experiencing significant developmental progress and greater inclusion under the administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Otuaro made the remarks while addressing stakeholders in the region, noting that ongoing federal government interventions, infrastructure projects, and economic empowerment initiatives are helping to improve the living conditions of residents across the Niger Delta.

According to him, President Tinubu’s administration has demonstrated commitment to sustaining peace, promoting development, and expanding opportunities for youths in the oil-rich region.
