Nigeria TV Info – The Federal High Court in Abuja has rejected the application by former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, seeking the release of his international passport to enable him travel to the United Kingdom for medical treatment. In his ruling on Monday, Justice Emeka Nwite held that the medical report submitted by Bello—marked as Exhibit B—was not signed by the doctor who allegedly authored it. As a result, the court ruled that the document lacked probative value and could not be relied upon to grant his request.
