Nigeria TV Info reports:

The Federal Government has urged the United States to engage Nigerians directly and adequately whenever there is a review of its visa laws, rules, and regulations. This call was made to promote better understanding and compliance among Nigerians.

The appeal was made by the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Alhaji Mohammed Idris, during a courtesy visit from the U.S. Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr. Richard Mills, in Abuja on Friday.

Alhaji Idris emphasized the importance of constant communication between the U.S. Embassy and Nigerians, especially given that Nigerians travel extensively worldwide, including to the United States.

The Minister encouraged Ambassador Mills to ensure that any new changes to visa policies are clearly communicated to Nigerians to foster transparency and cooperation.

Nigeria TV Info will continue to follow this developing story.
